irani chai



Some time last week, we went to one of the oldest Irani cafes in the city.

You do know teh secret ingredient in Irani chai, don't you? Egg Whites. Yes that's what gives it its distinct taste. Which is why I laugh when so called 'pure vegetarians' drink it :) I had a friend whose family owned an Irani restaurant and he told me.
